3.1. TO RESPOND TO YOUR QUERIES OR COMMUNICATE WITH YOU
You can contact us by various means (such as email or telephone, or via our website). In this case we will use your personal information to answer your question/request. We can also contact you, for example, regarding management and administration of your client or supplier account. This processing is done based on our legitimate interest or with your consent. We process your name, title, (business) contact details (including your email address, telephone number, name of your company) and any other information that you provide to us.
3.2. TO ENTER INTO A CLIENT OR SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU
We collect your information to enable us to enter into a client, supplier or business partner relationship with you, handle day-to-day management and administration, such as maintaining contracts, and keep you informed of all important developments and other information which is relevant for the contract. This processing is done based on our legitimate interest.
