Logistics

General

All our products are packed and shipped with the utmost care. From our production site in the Netherlands we ship our products all over the world using multiple modalities. We strive for the best industrial practices within the supply chain. All our carriers are selected and rated on their total performance and are required to have ISO 9001 and SQAS certification. As with our customers we focus on long term relationships with our carriers creating added value to our customer.

Lead time and order size

Our Delamine standard is a maximum Order to Dispatch cycle time of 3 working days for bulk shipments and 5 working days for packed products as we pack to order. Our standard minimum order size is 10 MT. Our lead times from loading zone to customer, varies and is depending upon ship to location and means of transportation. In general we are continuously striving for shorter lead times and an optimal on-time-in-full performance. In case of non-standard situations, Delamine will do their utmost to meet customer requirements.

We supply our products in both tank trucks and in bulk tank containers, both by road and rail. Our carriers are selected and rated on their total performance and are required to have ISO 9001 and SQAS certification.

RIBC

We use two types of RIBC’s. Our RIBC’s are subject to their global return system, for more information see the internet page https://www.schuetz.net

For Ethylenediamine (EDA) we use a specific type of RIBC which is designed in order to avoid electrostatic charging.

For the other products we use the following RIBC
